BODY FOUND IN ORCHARD

Wednesday afternoon, law enforcement officials were called to an orchard on Red Apple Road north of Brewster where a body had been found.

Okanogan County Sheriff Frank Rogers said they are investigating the incident to determine what happened. Rogers said, the body was identified as 39-year-old Carlos Porras-Trujillo of Brewster.

He said, officials know that Porras-Trujillo had been in a fight Sunday afternoon with another man who works at the orchard. Rogers said, Porras-Trujillo was last seen at the orchard early Monday morning but had not been seen since then until his body was discovered in the orchard.

The Sheriff said an autopsy will be done to determine cause of death.

Porras-Trujillo's wife and family have been notified of his death.
