Fall Noxious Weed Conference

The Okanogan County Noxious Weed Control Board is sponsoring our Fall Noxious Weed Conference which will be worth 8 credits towards your pesticide license! The Conference will feature a lot of great information on noxious weeds.

Presenters at the conference will discuss: Aminopyralid products such as Milestone; weed control options for range and pasture, non-crop sites, and bare ground; storage and security of pesticides; pesticides and water quality; spraying tips for ATVs, dry spreaders, and backpacks; controlling aquatic weeds in wetland areas and also ponds; how to identify mandatory control noxious weeds; and control options including herbicides for garden weeds.

WHEN: Thursday, November 21, 2013 8:00 a.m. to 4:20 p.m.

WHERE: Annex/Agriplex, Okanogan County Fairgrounds

COST: $5.00 payable at the door, or prepay in Room 102 of the County Courthouse
