Okanogan Physician's Charges Dismissed

In October 2019, a Washington Medical Commission (WMC) panel of Commissioners held a hearing to determine if Anton S. McCourtie, MD (MD60227253), violated the Uniform Disciplinary Act (UDA-RCW 18.130.180) and/or the Washington Administrative Code (WAC 246-919 et seq.).

After a two day administrative hearing, the panel of commissioners did not find sufficient evidence and dismissed the charges. This action by the panel resolves all the charges against Dr. McCourtie as of June 2020.
