Okanogan Woman Arrested for Selling Drugs Near the Middle School

North Central Washington Narcotics Task Force (NCWNTF) Detectives completed a four-month long investigation on the illegal sale of narcotics from a residence near the Okanogan Middle School.  During this investigation, Detectives made multiple controlled buys from a window of the residence.

On December 17, 2020 the NCWNTF, Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office, Omak Police Department, Colville Tribal Police Department and US Border Patrol executed a narcotics search warrant at a residence on Queen Street Okanogan, WA.  Care was taken during the execution of the search warrant to not impede with the operations of the Okanogan School District.   

During the course of the search, law enforcement members located narcotics paraphernalia and several items believed to have been stolen.  Detectives are continuing to investigate several local burglaries that may be linked to the items located inside the residence.   

Cheyenne Lezard, 25 of Okanogan, WA was booked into Okanogan County Jail for two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance within a School Zone (methamphetamine).
