Oroville Man Injured in One Vehicle Accident Near Nespelem

A 22-year-old Oroville man was transported to Coulee Medical Center Tuesday evening, following a one vehicle accident about 10 miles north of Nespelem.

According to the Washington State Patrol, Rolla K Kennison was southbound on Highway 155 when he lost control of his Jeep Cherokee in a curve, struck the guardrail, then a tree and then came to rest on top of the guardrail.

Kennison, who was wearing his seatbelt, received a head laceration. The State Patrol says failure to control speed was the cause of the accident.
