Rogers to Retire at the End of the Year

Okanogan County Sheriff Frank Rogers announced this morning that he will not seek a fifth term as Sheriff and instead will be retiring at the end of the year after serving over 35 years in law enforcement.

Rogers said this was one of the toughest decisions he’s ever had to make, but that he is “a firm believer that change is good.”

Rogers said he isn’t done just yet thought, he said, “I still have seven months left and have several things to do.” Adding, that “It's been a hell of run!!!!”
