Three Omak residents were arrested over the last week for allegedly selling drugs out of a house in East Omak.
Okanogan County Sheriff Frank Rogers said the arrests came after a month and a half long investigation.
The three arrested were 20-year-old Justine Belgarde, 29-year-old Luca Cook and 20-year-old Alyssa Descoteaux.
Rogers said on May 30, 2014, members of the North Central Washington Narcotics Task Force, Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office, Washington State Patrol and Colville Tribal Police served a search warrant at 430 Dayton Street in Omak. Two of the suspects were arrested at the scene.
Belgarde was booked on multiple counts of delivery of a controlled substance including Heroin, Oxycodone and Hydrocodone. She was also charges with deliveries within 1,000 feet of a school bus stop.
Cook was also booked on multiple charges of delivery as well as possession with intent to deliver.
Descoteaux, who was arrested on Monday, was booked on one count of Delivery of a controlled substance Heroin. Rogers said the delivery occurred in the Omak school district office parking lot and Descoteaux was charged with a school zone enhancement.
