THREE RIVERS CLINIC EXPANDS, WELCOMES DR. ELLINGSON

Three Rivers Family Medicine is accepting appointments now for Amy Ellingson, M.D.

Dr. Ellingson will join the clinic, located next door to Three Rivers Hospital, as a family practice physician effective August 26. She has been working in Chelan, Wash. since 2002 as an outpatient and inpatient family medicine doctor. Dr. Ellingson speaks Spanish fluently and specializes in disease prevention, healthy lifestyles, and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. She provides care from infancy through older adulthood.

Dr. Ellingson is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN, and earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Stritch School of Medicine at the Loyola University of Chicago. She completed her residency at the Montana Family Practice Residency Program.

Three Rivers Family Medicine is also hiring for a mid-level provider, and this fall they will welcome the arrival of general surgeon Satbir “Rosie” Dhillon, M.D. Dr. Ellingson, Dr. Dhillon, and the mid-level provider will join the team of specialists who already work for the clinic and Three Rivers Hospital: general surgeon Gordon Tagge, M.D.; orthopedic surgeon Jonothan Miller, M.D.; and gynecologist Ty Witt, M.D. Dr. Dhillon will also perform surgeries at North Valley Hospital in Tonasket.

To make room for seeing more patients, the clinic will expand along the rest of the top floor in the building formerly known as Hillcrest House, 415 Hospital Way. Those offices previously housed hospital administration, who are being relocated to other offices within the hospital.
