Three Teens Arrested in Connection with Burglaries

Three Okanogan teens have been arrested in connection with a burglary over the weekend at Randy's Towing. According to Okanogan County Sheriff Frank Rogers the teens are suspected of being involved with thefts from the PUD over the past several months.

Rogers said his deputies were called to a burglary complaint at Randy's Towing on Saturday. He said it appears that the suspects had entered the wrecking yard and while there damaged some of the vehicles. They also stole a utility vehicle and a Dodge Durango from the business. Both of the vehicles were later recovered on 4th Avenue near the PUD. He said both vehicles had been damaged.

Rogers said during the course of the investigation Deputies eventually went to a residence on 3rd Ave. North in Okanogan where they discovered stolen items from Randy's Towing along with several stolen items from the Okanogan PUD, including road signs, and radios along with other items.

Deputies arrested 18-year-old Kristopher A. Caylor, of Okanogan and two 14-year-old males also from Okanogan. Rogers said the 14-year-old were booked into the Okanogan County Juvenile Center and Caylor was booked into the Okanogan County Jail on charges of Burglary 2nd Degree, Theft 2nd Degree, Malicious mischief 2nd Degree, Theft of a motor vehicle, Vehicle Prowl 2nd Degree and Trespass 2nd Degree.
