WVC hosting virtual financial aid night for students and public Oct. 21 and Nov. 18

Wenatchee Valley College students and members of the public are invited to attend virtual FAFSA/WASFA night workshops from 3-6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, and Wednesday, Nov. 18. This financial aid event is free.

This virtual event will take place over Zoom. Students and parents can meet one-on-one via Zoom with WVC experts. Participants do not need a Zoom account to use the videoconferening software.

Students will get help filling out their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or Washington Application for State Financial Aid (WASFA). Assistance will be available in English and Spanish. To receive help with their applications students must come prepared with:

  • Their 2019 tax forms
  • Their parents’ 2019 tax forms (if filing as a dependent)
  • Their W-2 tax statement(s)
  • Their parents’ W-2 tax statements (if filing as a dependent)
  • Both their FSA ID and their parents’ FSA ID (see information below)

This event is hosted by the WVC Department of Campus Life, Equity, and Inclusion and the College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP).
